ASA Leader As Strength Coach


This is a modularized workshop that can be taught in 4 consecutive, 90-minute modules. This workshop is designed for work settings. Participants will learn strengths coaching principles and tools to facilitate goal attainment, increase productivity, promote life balance, and strengthen work relationships.

How can individuals discover their strengths and ignite their greatest potential? Drawing on the science of positive psychology and from over two decades of coaching and training experience, ASA’s practical, three step strengths coaching process can transform a dedicated learner into a star performer. The ASA process applies whether workshop participants lead others or simply want to increase their own personal effectiveness. Participants will explore how authentic strengths have enabled prior success and how to recreate success. They will learn to empower goals with strengths. Finally, participants will learn strategies to consistently engage strengths.
